Which countries are supported?

We use the Sumsub platform to verify your documents. This ensures that all data is secure and complies with international AML/KYC standards. You need to provide:
 — Passport or ID card. 
 — Proof of address (e.g. utility bill).

Which P2P exchanges are supported?

We co-operate with exchanges such as:

Why do all transactions go through P2P exchanges?

We work with exchanges like Binance P2P to secure transactions using an escrow system that protects both parties from risk.

What fiat currencies are available for withdrawal?

We work with euro (EUR), Czech krona (CZK), Polish zloty (PLN), Romanian leu (RON) and Hungarian forint (HUF).

Are there transaction limits?

Yes, transactions over €1000 require additional verification of the source of funds.

What is the commission for P2P exchanges?

The fee depends on the terms of the specific transaction and the platform where the exchange is conducted.

How can I protect myself in P2P exchanges?

We cooperate only with trusted platforms that use escrow (freezing of funds until the transaction is completed) to protect your funds.

What should I do if a transaction is delayed?

Can a transaction be cancelled?

Transactions can be cancelled before completion if the parties agree or in case of disputes

What should I do if the counterparty does not fulfil the terms of the transaction?

Contact the support team of the platform through which the transaction is conducted. We are also available to help resolve disputes.
